Cancellations will only be considered if the request is made within 1 day of placing the order. However, cancellation request may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to our supplier’s / merchant(s) listed on the Platform and they have initiated the process of shipping them, or the product is out for delivery. In case of receipt of damaged or defective items, please report to our customer service team. The request would be entertained once our team has checked and determined the same at its own end. In that case you should have to send the parcel opening video to us within 48 hours of receiving the product.

The customer service team will notify you once they have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded and credited on your original payment method within 6-8 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

In case you feel that the product received is not same which you have ordered, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service team within 2 business days of receiving the product. The Customer Team after investigating into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.  In case of any Refunds approved by the Love2eyes, it’ll take 6-8 business days for the refund to be processed to the end customer.
