Love2eyes does not accept cancellation requests. However, refund/replacement can be made in case of receipt of damaged or defective items. In that case you should have to send the parcel opening video to us within 48 hours of receiving the product. The request will, however, be entertained once we will checked and determined the same at our own end.
In case you feel that the product received is not same which you have ordered, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 2 days of receiving the product. We will after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision. In case of any Refunds approved by the Love2eyes, it’ll take 6-8 days for the refund to be processed to the end customer.
