All the sale, discounted, brought with a coupon and gift voucher purchases are non returnable, non refundable & non exchangeable. Please go through every product description carefully, where sizes are mention for all the products.
Purchase made during any running offer on sale not eligible for any kind of return and exchange.
Products return or exchange is possible only if it is damage.
You have to keep a parcel opening video for damage product. You have to inform us about the damage product and send the opening video to us within 48 hours of product being delivered to you.

Please note that international orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

No refund will be entertain, only you can exchange the product.

Love2eyes does not accept cancellation requests. However, refund/replacement can be made in case of receipt of damaged or defective items. In that case you should have to send the parcel opening video to us within 48 hours of receiving the product. The request will, however, be entertained once we will checked and determined the same at our own end.

In case you feel that the product received is not same which you have ordered, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 2 days of receiving the product. We will after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.  In case of any Refunds approved by the Love2eyes, it’ll take 6-8 days for the refund to be processed to the end customer.
